Cucumbers bring water and fiber to the digestive tract. You must also ensure that the skin remains intact so that you receive the most fiber.
Celery softens the stools and reduces any strain. It contains ninety-five percent water and one gram of fiber. You can add it to stews and soups and dip stalks into nut butter.

Losing weight will help in reducing Piles symptoms. Take care while exercising and use it to maintain proper body weight.
Due to hard bowel movements, it can cause strain that can lead to Piles. It can also lead to constipation. So, try to consume vegetables and fruits as they have fiber.
